Custom Heads gained support for non-colorized decal elements, and Steam Inventory Updates improved Gem and Yarn stacking.

Hidden Gems Remixed, Reworked Secret Levels, and Co-op Tweaks for Puzzles changed campaign routes and required more cooperation.
- Lift Blocks no longer killed crouching players, and Teleport Blocks could no longer be bypassed with a Trigger Block.
- Ball Game gained more realistic torque-based physics, while Stronger Fan Blocks, revised Boulder interactions, and improved Horse Behavior changed traversal.
- Level Editor users placed and deleted blocks faster and could view the maximum limit for each block type.
- Online Sessions: Join Codes let players enter Online Sessions without adding friends first, while Rich Presence exposed game status and Guest Users Display Main User clarified whose session guests had joined. Arena AI Improvements also made enemy behavior more reliable in Arena mini-games.
- BattleBlock Theater systems and stability: Steam Inventory Migration moved the inventory to a new system and affected trading from March 30 through April 1. The update also fixed the Help & Options menu crash, the Co-op Countdown Timer persistence issue, Custom Heads decal color handling, and Gift Shop exit problems on Steam Deck, Mac, and Linux.
