Corruption DLC was the biggest addition, expanding Data Hacker: Initiation with a new game path and direct save-file continuation from the base game. The Grindhouse Dungeon then added endgame card-hunting, while new rewards, achievements, and progression changes strengthened the existing adventure.

  • Corruption DLC: Added the ability to continue a completed Initiation save into Corruption or start a new game with a new character and plot direction.
  • Grindhouse Dungeon: Introduced an endgame dungeon built around defeating enemies in specialized rooms to collect cards. Tower completions also let players choose their desired reward, and Pet Summon items carried into New Game Plus.
  • HC-2 and Trioarch rewards: Added a key-locked door in HC-2 containing Data Cores, plus Trioarch Treasure Chests in Strife and Leonhart. Trioarch card and rare-item drop rates increased, while physical resistances were removed from several mobs.
  • Progression and economy: Increased house-rental income and Faballa questline credit rewards, and blocked access to the old HC after completing Masamae’s story arc. Steam achievements also arrived with backwards compatibility for existing save files.
