Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition

Guacamelee! One Two Punch Collection released in Europe on December 23, 2020, marking the window’s biggest series-related content release. Juan’s cameo in Bounty Battle and new Guacamelee! vinyl records provided smaller crossover and merchandise highlights.

Guacamelee! 2 launched on Steam on August 21, 2018, followed by the Proving Grounds DLC in December 2018. Both releases belonged to the separate sequel rather than Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition, so they did not represent updates to this game.

• Separate sequel launch: Guacamelee! 2 launched with its own larger world, ability trainers, new moves, and four-player co-op; none were additions to Super Turbo Championship Edition.
• Separate DLC: Proving Grounds was DLC for Guacamelee! 2, not an expansion for Super Turbo Championship Edition.

The 3- and 4-Player Mode support expanded Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition’s multiplayer options in April 2016. Workshop Skins Featuring NPCs also added playable versions of X'Tabay, Uay Chivo, Flameface, and Jaguar Javier, while the Costume Creator gained more control over custom-skin effects.

• Multiplayer: 3- and 4-Player Mode support improved the game’s larger co-op modes, with related multiplayer bug fixes.
• Workshop Skins Featuring NPCs: Added custom skins for X'Tabay, Uay Chivo, Flameface, and Jaguar Javier.
• Costume Creator: Let players control how custom skins behaved during Intenso mode and disable their glow effects; the update also fixed a Game Speed Issue that made the game run too fast on some computers.

4-Player Local Co-Op exited beta on Steam on November 6, 2014, bringing local multiplayer for up to four players to Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition. The Halloween Sale offered Guac Gold owners an 86% loyalty discount, while a configuration fix restored access for eligible users.

• 4-Player Local Co-Op: A free beta launched on October 30 before the mode moved into its full release on Steam, supporting up to four local players.
• Halloween Sale: Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition received an extra 20% discount for Guac Gold owners, bringing the total loyalty discount to 86%.
