The September 2021 Hippopotamus and Rollercoaster content drop expanded Ultimate Chicken Horse with the Hippopotamus character, its Triceratops skin, new outfits, and the Rollercoaster level. The game also received 15 Spring 2021 Featured Levels through LevelNET, alongside a broad systems pass covering timers, physics, custom levels, and stage hazards.

The game also gained Halloween Featured Levels, a Steam online-play option, and several meaningful changes to Challenge Mode and Free Play.
